• Renewal and Extension:

1.     The original Passport.

2.     National No.

3.     Application filled with the knowledge of the Embassy or Honorary Consulates

     of the Kingdom.

4.     Two passport-size photos.

5.     If lost, a copy of the lost passport and a police report. It is also required to

     publish a lost announcement at one local newspaper where the passport was lost.

6.     Investigation record of the incident must be filled at the Embassy.

• Addition of Child to Passport:

1.     Family Book or Marriage Certificate

2.     Certified Birth Certificate of the Child

3.     Application filled with a photo copy of the passport.

4.     Two passport-size photo for the Child.

• New Passport for Children:

1.     Certified true copies of parents’ passport.

2.     National No.

3.     for Children under 18, a declaration of approval from the Guardian

     (Father or Mother). For Female Children, a Declaration of their single

     “unmarried” status must be filled.

4.      Two passport-size photos.
